Our Staff

Dedicated and skilled staff members in our child care center

Our dedicated staff is the foundation of our preschool. We are committed to hiring qualified, dependable individuals who share our mission and Christian values, providing children with positive, faith-centered role models.

To ensure the safety and well-being of every child, all staff members complete background checks and fingerprinting before employment. Each teacher also completes center orientation, 24 hours of pre-service training, Pediatric/Adult CPR certification, and Food Handler training. In addition, all staff are required to complete at least 30 hours of professional development each year to maintain and strengthen their knowledge and skills.
